Nowadays, the sky is the limit when it comes to choosing flavors and fillings for your wedding cake. Before choosing a baker, make sure that he or she can duplicate the cake styles that peak your interest; you may also want to see some of their own cake creations. Ask whether the baker bakes fresh or works with frozen cakes; ask whether they will deliver; ask whether or not they will cut and serve the cake for you; and even ask how the wedding cake pieces are to be returned (plastic pillars, etc.). All of these conditions may or may not yield extra service charges so it’s very important to ask these questions.
